Copper Pipe showing signs of leakage.

Take a look at this section of copper pipe that was uncovered during a Mold Remediation job that SERVPRO of North Oceanside was working on in Oceanside.  This was not the source of the water damage, we see this quite often and should be addressed to prevent from further damage in the future.
